Overview
At WETKULT, we take great pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our limited production and international fulfillment process, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges.
❗ No Returns / Exchanges (Temporary)
As a growing brand with international operations, we are not accepting returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. All sales are considered final.
Please ensure:
- You select the correct size using our Size Guide
- You provide a complete and accurate shipping address
- You review your order carefully before confirming payment
🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Incorrect (wrong size/color/product)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: 📧 support@wetkult.com
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review and work with you to resolve any rare issues fairly.
⚠️ Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- Product was never delivered
- Order was cancelled by WETKULT before dispatch
- Duplicate payment or system error occurred
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
